Refund Policy – Biovital Labs
Biovital Labs provides personalized nutrition plans, wellness programs, and digital resources delivered securely under our service agreements. Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, all subscription fees, program charges, and service costs are non-refundable once access has been provided or services have commenced.
If you believe you have been billed in error or charged incorrectly, please contact our support team at info@biovitallabs.cc. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis, and any refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Biovital Labs.
Biovital Labs reserves the right to update pricing, subscription fees, and related service charges at any time, with or without prior notice. These changes will apply to future billing cycles or new agreements and will not retroactively affect amounts already invoiced or paid.
If your access to our services is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or other contractual obligations, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused portion of your plan.
Additionally, Biovital Labs does not provide compensation, refunds, or reimbursements for interruptions, modifications, or discontinuation of services unless otherwise specified in a formal written agreement.
