Cancellation Policy – Biovital Labs
You may cancel your Biovital Labs nutrition and/or wellness plan subscription by providing written notice prior to the start of your next billing cycle or renewal period. Cancellations received after a new billing cycle has begun may not be eligible for a refund and may be subject to fees as outlined in your service agreement or program terms.
If your access to Biovital Labs services is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or other contractual obligations, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused portion of your subscription or program.
Upon cancellation or termination, any related account information or plan records may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to save or retain any personal notes, meal plans, or wellness documents prior to ending your services.
Biovital Labs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, or program at its discretion, with or without notice. Refunds in such cases will only be granted if expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
